Before every shoot, we hold a briefing meeting with our customers. Here, goals, wishes, and feasibility are discussed, and the timing is set. Based on this, our experienced art directors create a mood board and define core statements, image mood, colors, stylistic devices, as well as the setting and decorations. Timing and production sequences are planned down to the last detail. This is extremely important, as a day of shooting with professional photographers and models can quickly go wrong and cost a lot of money if the planning is poor. We check contracts, obtain permits, and always keep a close eye on cost management.
